Takamasa Mogi is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent management firm Mausu Promotion. He was born on January 15, 1982, in Gunma Prefecture, Japan, and stands 179 cm tall. His path to a voice acting career began with his graduation from Tokyo Music & Media Arts Shōbi in 2003. He then joined the剧团莎士比亚剧场 theater company the same year before enrolling in the Mausu Promotion附属养成所 training school in 2007, ultimately becoming a member of Mausu Promotion in 2009.

Mogi's career is primarily built on a wide array of supporting roles in anime television series. A notable early role was in the 2012 adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, where he voiced several minor characters such as a rogue, a criminal, and a scientist. The following year, he took on an extensive list of roles in the space opera series Space Battleship Yamato 2199, providing voices for numerous characters including崎山克典,木村英义, and various通信士 and crew members. He continued to build his filmography throughout the 2010s with appearances in series such as Dynamic Chord as相模原龙雄, and舞动青春 in multiple episodic roles. In 2018, he voiced播守太郎 in the television anime adaptation of the visual novel Island. More recently, he has been heard in major productions like咒术回战, playing a character named伊藤, and in排球少年!! A distinct and significant achievement in Mogi's career is his role as the official Japanese dubbing voice for the South Korean actor and singer No Min-woo. This association began with his work on the Korean drama My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho. In a unique turn of events during a recording session for another drama, Full House Take 2, No Min-woo made a surprise visit to the studio. After expressing his satisfaction with Mogi's previous dubbing work, he personally requested that Mogi continue to provide his Japanese voice, leading to a long-standing professional relationship.
