Mariko Takeda is a Japanese voice actress and stage actress born on August 16, 2001, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She began her professional journey at a young age, achieving early recognition when she won the Grand Prix at the third Anistoteles audition hosted by Sony Music Artists in October 2014 at just 13 years old, making her the youngest winner in the competition's history.

Takeda made her professional voice acting debut in 2017 with her first major role as Tsubame Ōse, the protagonist of the multimedia project Augmented Reality Girls Trinary, which included both a smartphone game and an anime adaptation. Tsubame Ōse is characterized as a 15-year-old optimistic and sociable first-year high school student and a devoted fan of the band FreyMENOW who joins the Trinary unit after encountering a mysterious phenomenon. Beyond this debut role, Takeda expanded her voice work to include video game characters such as Kasumi in Azur Lane, Gojo Saki in BATON=RELAY, and Jaguar-chan in Robot Girls Z ONLINE.

In addition to anime and game voice acting, Takeda has pursued performance on stage, appearing in musical and theatrical productions including Tyler x2, Gate City Love, and Nikutaikaizō Club – Girl's High Edition. She has also been active in radio, contributing to programs such as Highschool a GOGO!! on TBS Radio and Marisuke Koshinkyoku. Her vocal talents extend to music, as she has performed character songs for projects including Augmented Reality Girls Trinary and BATON=RELAY.

In March 2021, Takeda temporarily stepped back from her agency to focus on her health and education, resuming her career in August 2022 when she signed with the agency Space Craft and officially began using the kanji spelling of her name, Mariko Takeda. Standing 148 centimeters tall, she is affectionately called Marisuke by fans and is known for her warm, expressive voice and energetic personality.
