Daichi Marutaka is a Japanese male voice actor from Okayama Prefecture, born on June 22. He is a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute and was affiliated with the talent agency VIMS.

Marutaka's career in anime began in 2015, with his debut role listed as a spectator in the series Yowamushi Pedal Grande Road. During his active years, he was primarily cast in minor and supporting roles across a wide range of television anime. His filmography from this period includes appearances in productions such as Aoharu x Machinegun, where he voiced the character Abe, Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma as a male student, and The Heroic Legend of Arslan as a soldier. He also contributed to series like The Morose Mononokean, Natsume Yūjin-Chō Go, and Sound! Euphonium 2.

Marutaka's career was relatively short, as he announced his retirement from the voice acting industry in 2017. Among his final roles was the character Totori in the 2017 web anime series Yume Ōkoku to Nemureru 100-Nin no Ōji-sama Short Stories, a role he also originated in the related video game. Following his retirement, the role of Totori was taken over by voice actor Masahiro Yamanaka.
