Ilana Labourene is an American actress and voice artist known for her work in anime, video games, and other media, particularly during a nearly six-year period living in Tokyo. Born in Orlando, Florida, she began her career in Central Florida, working with companies like Disney and the Discovery Channel on commercials, as well as performing in student films and local theater productions as a singer and dancer. She later moved to New York City to continue her performing career in theatrical productions and cabarets before relocating to Tokyo. Labourene also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Parsons School of Design, a background she has combined with her artistic career.

In the anime industry, Labourene is recognized for her role as the voice of Samhen in the English dub of the original net animation Fastening Days. This character appears in the fourth episode of the series. Her voice work in Tokyo extended beyond anime to include various educational programs, textbooks, video games, and corporate materials. She is also a trained vocalist with a three-octave vocal range, allowing her to portray a wide variety of characters, from children to adults.
