Ken Kramer is a Canadian actor with a extensive career in theatre, film, television, and voice acting, known for bringing a classical gravitas to his performances. Born in 1940, he studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in England, where he met his wife. Upon returning to Canada, he co-founded the Globe Theatre in Regina, Saskatchewan, in 1966, a company that began as a children's touring troupe and evolved into a fully-fledged adult theatre producing classic and new Canadian works. Kramer acted in and directed many of its major productions, including Shakespeare's Macbeth and King Lear. For his significant contributions to Canadian theatre, he was named a member of the Order of Canada in 1988 and received a Lifetime Award for Excellence in the Arts from the Saskatchewan Arts Board in 1990.
After his successful theatre career, Kramer relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia, to pursue work in film and television. He became a familiar face in numerous productions, with roles in feature films such as Fantastic Four and Little Man.
