Momoko Tanabe is a Japanese actress and model who was born on August 21, 1999, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Stardust Promotion. Tanabe began her entertainment career by winning the Miss Seventeen 2013 grand prize, which led to her becoming an exclusive model for the magazine Seventeen. She is primarily known for her extensive work in live-action television dramas and films.

Her notable live-action roles include portraying Oogaki Chiaki in the television series Laid-Back Camp (Yuru Camp△) and its sequel. She has also appeared in dramas such as Rikokatsu and received praise for her performance in the series Konna Mirai wa Kiitenai.
