Hitomi Kikuchi is a Japanese voice actress born on June 13, 1987, in Shizuoka Prefecture. She is a graduate of Ritsumeikan University. Kikuchi is affiliated with the talent management firm Aksent.

Her career in voice acting began in 2011, with one of her earliest roles being a narrator for the anime "Showa Monogatari". She gained prominence through several key roles in 2016. That year, she was cast as Michiru "Micchan" Takeda in the maritime anime series "High School Fleet," a role she would reprise in a subsequent OVA and the 2020 film "High School Fleet: The Movie". Also in 2016, she began voicing Lana in "Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon," a major and long-running role she continued in later series like "Pokémon Journeys". Her other notable anime roles from this period include Lydie LeGrand in "Macross Delta" and Chinatsu in "Concrete Revolutio".

Beyond anime, Kikuchi's work includes voicing characters in video games such as "Jusanshi Engi 2" and "XUCCESS HEAVEN," as well as participating in drama CDs. She has also been active in dubbing foreign films and television dramas. Her versatility extends to narration work for television commercials and programs. While she has not received major national awards, her performances in "Pokémon" and "High School Fleet" have earned her recognition from audiences and industry peers.
