Chisato Satsuki is a Japanese voice actress from Fukushima Prefecture, born on May 1. She is affiliated with the agency Inspion Agency. Her career in voice acting began in 2015. Initially, she performed under the name Chisato Satsuki, written as 五月 ちさと, while affiliated with the agency Feathered. In March 2017, she left Feathered to work as a freelance talent and changed the spelling of her stage name to 彩月 ちさと, though the pronunciation remained Chisato Satsuki. She later joined the agency Office Flawless on April 1, 2020, which has since become Inspion Agency.

One of her most recognized roles is as Satoko "Sato-chan" Katsuta, the navigation officer on the Harekaze, in the 2016 television anime series High School Fleet. She also reprised this role for the 2020 film, High School Fleet Movie. Her other anime credits include minor roles in series such as Engage Kiss (as Friend A in 2022) and Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War (as a citizen in 2024). She also had a role as a classmate in the 2018 animated film Yu Yu Hakusho - Two Shots / All or Nothing.

Beyond anime, Satsuki has contributed voice work to numerous video games. Her game credits include roles in A3!, Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny, Rockman X DiVE, and Closers. Her work also extends to drama CDs, such as the 2015 series Mitocomon and Meguru Megurite Ayakashi Banashi in 2019.
