Johanne Garneau is a Canadian actress and voice actress, born on August 21, 1954, in the province of Quebec. She has built a substantial career spanning several decades, working extensively in both on-screen roles and the dubbing of animated films and television series for the French Canadian market.

Garneau's voice acting work is particularly prominent. She is well-known for voicing several characters in the Quebec French versions of long-running animated series such as The Simpsons and American Dad. She also contributed her voice to the popular children's series Caillou, which aired for 230 episodes. In the realm of feature films, her voice can be heard in many animated and live-action productions. Notably, she voiced the character Grande-Tante Charlotte in the French Canadian version of the 2017 animated film Mary and The Witch's Flower. Her other significant voice roles include Roz in Monsters, Inc., Mittens in Bolt, the Witch in Brave, Gerda in Frozen, Tala in Moana, and Nostalgia in Inside Out 2.
