Yūki Amami is a Japanese actress and voice actress who was born on August 8, 1967. She began her career in the Takarazuka Revue, joining the all-female musical theater company in 1987 and becoming the youngest actress in the company's history to be cast in a top male role. She retired from the stage company in 1995 to continue her career as a television and film actress.

In the field of voice acting, Amami is known for several prominent roles in animated films. She provided the voice of Gran Mamare in the 2008 Studio Ghibli film Ponyo. In 2017, she voiced Madame Mumblechook, the headmistress of Endor College, in the Studio Ponoc animated fantasy film Mary and the Witch's Flower. More recently, she is set to voice a role in the 2026 animated film The Keeper of the Camphor Tree.

Beyond anime, her voice acting work includes dubbing foreign films into Japanese. She has provided the Japanese dub voice for Scarlett Overkill in Minions (2015), Hela in Thor: Ragnarok (2018), and Bailey Tallet in Real Steel (2011).

Amami has received numerous awards throughout her career for her acting, including Rookie of the Year at the Japan Academy Awards for Christmas Apocalypse, a Blue Ribbon Award for Best Actress, and multiple Nikkan Sports Drama Grand Prix awards for Best Actress for her roles in various television dramas.
