Mila Belo is a Portuguese actress, voice actress, singer, and impressionist with an extensive career in dubbing for film and television. She was born Emília Canêde Belo de Carvalho in Lisbon, Portugal, on November 18, 1970. Her daughters, Renata Belo and Rebeca Belo, are also voice actresses, and they have frequently worked together on various dubbing projects.

Belo is recognized for providing the Portuguese voice for a wide array of characters in animated series and films. One of her most prominent and long-standing roles is voicing Ariel in various productions related to The Little Mermaid franchise, dating back to the original 1990 film. She has also voiced Tea Gardner and Mai Valentine in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Tamako Nobi, the mother of Nobita, in Doraemon, and Lagoona Blue in several Monster High films. Her work spans major studio productions, including voicing Fleur Delacour in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Katie Current in Shark Tale.
