Stephen Wiley, also known professionally as Steve Wiley, is an American voice actor and translator based in Tokyo, Japan. Born in Charleston, South Carolina and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, he has lived in Tokyo since 2001. He majored in Japanese Language and Culture and utilizes this educational background in his professional work as both a voice actor and translator.

Wiley provided the English voice for the character Zeno in the 2017 original video animation (OVA) Azure Striker Gunvolt: The Anime. Zeno is a supporting character from the Azure Striker Gunvolt video game series, known as a wisecracking otaku and operative of the resistance group QUILL. The OVA, produced by Inti Creates, featured an English dub cast consisting of American actors living in Tokyo, marking the first English-language production for the series. Wiley's role in this OVA represents his most documented credit in English anime voice acting. Beyond this role, his professional activities include voice acting and translation work within the Japanese entertainment industry.
