Julian Horeyseck is a German actor and voice artist born in 1981. He trained at the Schauspielstudio Frese in Hamburg and, following his graduation in 2011, performed on various stages for four years, with engagements in Hamburg, Kiel, Hildesheim, and Innsbruck. He is now based in Cologne, working as a freelance actor and speaker.

In the field of anime and synchronization, Horeyseck has lent his voice to several characters. He voiced Johnny in the 2017 anime film Night is Short, Walk On Girl. He also took on the role of Tsukasa Mikogami in the German dub of the series High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World, which was released on home video in 2021. His other voice work in anime includes roles in series such as Love and Lies, Bofuri: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense, Overlord II, and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun.

Beyond anime, Horeyseck has an extensive career as an audiobook narrator for major German publishing houses. His work in this field earned him the prestigious Deutscher Hörbuchpreis (German Audiobook Prize) in 2025 in the category of Best Interpreter for his reading of Dani Shapiro's novel Leuchtfeuer. The jury commended his ability to captivate listeners and his skillful interpretation of the story's complex emotions and characters.
