Ricky Ryba is an American actor and voice actor recognized for his work in animation and live-action productions. He provided the English voice for the character Saturn in the 2016 animated web series Pokémon Generations. This series retold key moments from the Pokémon video game franchise, and Ryba voiced the Team Galactic commander in the episode The New World. His portrayal of Saturn stands as his most prominent and frequently cited credit in the field of anime and video game-related animation.

Ryba's career as a performer encompasses a range of mediums beyond voice acting. He appeared in a supporting role in the 2014 film American Sniper, directed by Clint Eastwood. He has also performed on stage, taking on lead roles such as in the Los Angeles production of The Ghosts of Ma Barker. His work has been recognized with the Best Overall Actor Award at the Global Stars Network competition.

In addition to his creative pursuits, Ryba's background includes service as an officer in the United States Navy. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he was commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer and completed multiple overseas deployments before transitioning to his acting career. He later earned a Master of Fine Arts in Producing from the New York Film Academy. Ryba is also involved in advocacy for both the arts and veteran communities, serving on the board of directors for the nonprofit organization Pin-Ups for Vets and founding support groups for actors.
