Manuel Tur is a Portuguese actor and voice actor born in 1985. He studied at the Academia Contemporânea do Espetáculo and the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo, making his professional debut as an actor in 2003. In addition to his performance work, he regularly works as a director, teacher, and assistant director and stage manager.

Tur is known for his extensive voice work in the Portuguese dubs of numerous animated series and films. He has a particularly notable presence in the Pokémon franchise, providing the Portuguese voice for the character Sawyer in the Pokémon XY series, including Pokémon the Series: XYZ and Pokémon the Series: XY Kalos Quest. He also voiced the character Sorrel in the Portuguese version of the film Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! and the role of Fergus in Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution. Beyond Pokémon, his other voice roles in animation include Thomas in Regular Show, Superman in Justice League Action, and various characters in series such as Thundercats Roar and Jellystone!.

His work as a voice actor also extends to live-action dubbing and video games. He has provided the Portuguese voice for characters like Winston Chu in Degrassi: Next Class, Alec Lightwood in Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments, and Marad the Innocent in the video game Horizon Forbidden West. Manuel Tur is also a co-founder of the theater company A Turma, for which he has directed several stage productions.
