Izumi Chiba is a Japanese voice actress born on December 6 in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Atomic Monkey and is a first-generation graduate of its affiliated voice actor and acting training institute. She has O-type blood. Earlier in her career, she used the stage name Chiba Izumi written with different kanji.
Chiba began her professional voice acting career in the 2010s, with her earliest confirmed roles appearing in 2012 for video games. Her first television animation credits came in 2014 with small roles in the series "农林" and "花物语". A significant early role was as Pigu Macaron in the 2015 series "SHOW BY ROCK!!".
