Cricket Brown is the professional name used by American voice actor Julie Ann Taylor. She began her performance career in school productions and community theater, later studying acting in Los Angeles while attending UCLA. In 1995, she shifted her focus to voice acting. She is also credited under the names Jean Howard and Julie Pickering.

Taylor has built a prolific career in anime dubbing, known for providing voices for a wide range of characters. Her major roles include Milly Ashford in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Mutsumi Otohime in Love Hina, Ai Tanabe in Planetes, Yukari Hayasaka in Paradise Kiss, and Souseiseki in the Rozen Maiden series. She is also the voice of Taiga Fujimura in the Fate/stay night franchise and Bellows in Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet.

In the Sailor Moon franchise, Taylor voices several characters in the Viz Media English dub, including Haruna Sakurada. As Cricket Brown, she provided the voice for the character Viluy in the Viz Media English adaptation of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal Season III. Viluy is the third member of the Witches 5 and a rival to Sailor Mercury.

Her work also includes roles in numerous other prominent series such as Bleach, Hunter × Hunter, Monster, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. In video games, she is known for voicing Linca in the Atelier series and Kokonoe in the BlazBlue series.
