Yukari Goto

Description
Yukari Goto is a former Japanese singer, voice actress, and entertainer. She was born on January 14, 1988. Her career in the entertainment industry spanned from 2005 until her retirement in 2017.

Goto first gained public attention not as a voice actress, but as a singer and performer. She debuted in 2005 as a member of the co-ed musical group AAA. She remained with the group until 2007, when she left due to health reasons. After a period away from the spotlight, she returned to entertainment in 2009, this time expanding her activities to include gravure modeling. In the subsequent years, she took on roles as a television host and continued her involvement in the music industry by joining other groups, including the unit Trefle in 2013 and the group Emergency under the stage name Dancing Yukari.

Alongside her music and modeling work, Goto built a portfolio of voice acting roles in anime and video games. One of her earlier anime roles was as Yuki Kawanabe in the 2006 series Lemon Angel Project. In 2013, she voiced the character Cosmos in Tanken Driland: 1000-nen no Mahō. She also took on smaller roles, such as a female announcer in Cardfight!! Vanguard G in 2014 and a female guest in Mr. Nietzsche in the Convenience Store in 2016. In 2016, she was cast as Koizumi in the short anime series Tabi Machi Late Show, which tells stories centered on themes of farewell and travel. Her work also extended to video games; in 2015, she provided the voice for Mina Charlotte Alexia in the PlayStation 4 re-release of Assault Suit Leynos.

In 2017, following the disbandment of the group Trefle the previous year, Goto announced her departure from the group Emergency and her complete retirement from the entertainment industry.
