Danshun Tatekawa is a Japanese voice actor and actor, also known for his primary career as a rakugo performer. He was born in Tokyo on June 27, 1966. His background is deeply rooted in the traditional Japanese performing art of rakugo, a form of verbal comedy. He began his apprenticeship in 1984 under the renowned rakugo master Tatekawa Danshi, undergoing a rigorous and sometimes unconventional training process.
