Maho Matsunaga

Description
Maho Matsunaga is a former Japanese voice actress and singer from Tokyo, born on January 23, 1993. She began her entertainment career in the late 2000s, making her first public appearance in December 2008. After graduating from high school in March 2011 and entering university the following month, her professional career gained significant momentum in December 2011 when she became a founding member of the voice actress idol unit StylipS. She was affiliated with the talent agency Style Cube during her years in the industry.

Matsunaga is best known for her role as Erena Tōdō in the widely popular Love Live! School Idol Project franchise. Erena Tōdō is a member of A-RISE, the top rival school idol group from UTX High School that appears in the anime series and the Love Live! The School Idol Movie. Other notable voice roles include Kurumi Kashiki in the anime series Nakaimo - My Little Sister Is Among Them!, Izumi Nijō in Saki Episode of Side A, and a character named Rī in High School D×D. She also provided the voice for the character Ettania in the video game The Guided Fate Paradox.

As a founding member of StylipS, Matsunaga was part of a recurring collaboration with her unit members. The group performed several theme songs for anime series, including the ending theme for High School DxD and songs for the Saki franchise. Her work within StylipS and her voice acting roles placed her alongside fellow founding members Yui Ogura and Kaori Ishihara during the unit's initial run.

Matsunaga's career was relatively brief. She continued voice acting and performing with StylipS until May 2016, when she graduated from the unit and announced her retirement from the voice acting industry to pursue other interests, including work as a DJ. After leaving the entertainment industry, she eventually ceased all public activities.
