Lina Rossana is a Brazilian actress, voice actress, and radio personality. She was born Lina Rossana Maia Guernelli Ostrovsky Costa on December 4, 1956, in Rio de Janeiro. Rossana has built an extensive career voicing characters across a wide range of animated series and films for the Brazilian Portuguese market.

In the realm of anime, she is recognized for her work in several notable series and films. She voices Professor Finnelan, a strict teacher at Luna Nova Academy, in both the television series Little Witch Academia and the short film Little Witch Academia: The Enchanted Parade. Another of her anime roles is Emily Frankenstein in the special Kyōfu Densetsu: Kaiki! Frankenstein. Her other anime credits include Osono in Kiki's Delivery Service, Kyōko Yūki in Sword Art Online II, Sayuri Ichinose in Rent-A-Girlfriend, and Golneri in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury.

Beyond anime, her dubbing work is extensive and covers a variety of genres.
