Takumi Yamazaki is a Japanese voice actor born on April 14, 1964, in Tokyo, Japan. His real name is Isao Yamazaki. He began his voice acting career in 1985 and has been active in the industry for several decades. He is affiliated with the talent agency T.S.P.

Yamazaki is known for his versatile voice, allowing him to portray a wide range of characters, from serious heroes to comedic supporting roles and even animals. He himself has referred to his voice as that of a human loudspeaker. One of his most enduring and widely recognized roles is Torippii, the anthropomorphic green parrot, in the long-running children's franchise Shimajirō, a part he has played since the television series Shima Shima Tora no Shimajirō began in 1993. He has continued this role in numerous subsequent Shimajirō theatrical films, including Shimajirō to Fufu no Daibōken ~Sukue! Nanairo no Hana~.

His filmography includes many prominent roles in anime television series and original video animations from the 1990s onwards. Among his notable credits are Isamu Alva Dyson in Macross Plus, George de Sand in Mobile Fighter G Gundam, Ferio in Magic Knight Rayearth, Roybea Loy in After War Gundam X, and Haruo Niijima in Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple. In the 2000s and 2010s, his roles included Bansai Kawakami in Gintama, Kayneth El-Melloi Archibald in Fate/Zero, Dera Mochimazzui in Tamako Market, and Kurozumi Kanjuro in One Piece. More recently, he has voiced characters such as Kasugai Garasu in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and Miki in Initial D Arcade Stage.

A significant aspect of Yamazaki's career has been taking over several key roles following the death of fellow voice actor Kaneto Shiozawa in 2000, due to a similarity in their vocal qualities. These roles include Aries Mu in the Saint Seiya franchise and M'Quve in the Mobile Suit Gundam series. He has also contributed his voice to numerous video games, with characters such as Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Emperor Peony IX in Tales of the Abyss, and Hayato Nekketsu in the Rival Schools series.
