Naoto Nojima is a Japanese actor and talent born on August 14, 1981, in Saitama Prefecture. While his primary career is rooted in stage performance, particularly musical theatre, he has also contributed voice work to animated films, notably within the Shimajirō children's media franchise.

Nojima's career began in musical theatre after he was accepted as a listening student and subsequently became a 39th-term trainee at the Shiki Theatre Company. His professional debut was in the lead role of Tarobō in the musical Kuroemon in 2002. Following his time with the Shiki Theatre Company, he joined the agency Pacific Voice. A significant and recurring partnership in his film career has been with director Isamu Hirabayashi, starring in numerous short films since 2004, several of which received awards and nominations at international film festivals.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Nojima's credits are primarily associated with the Shimajirō series. He voiced the character Sawagani Male in the 2013 animated film Shimajirō to Fufu no Daibōken: Sukue! Nanairo no Hana. The following year, he took on the voice role of Starfish Man in another film of the series, Gekijōban Shimajirō no Waō! Shimajirō to Kujira no Uta. These roles were also directed by Isamu Hirabayashi, continuing their creative collaboration.

Beyond these children's films, Nojima's acting work is diverse. He has appeared in television dramas and has a substantial portfolio in musical theatre, with notable performances in major productions such as Les Misérables (as Marius and later Enjolras) and Miss Saigon. Demonstrating a commitment to international work, he learned Korean to perform the lead role of Sorongo in the Korean musical Ppalrae, in which he has appeared regularly in both Japan and South Korea. His film work also includes a role in the 2022 South Korean film Hero.
