Hikojiro Matsumura was a Japanese actor and voice actor born on June 30, 1927, in Tokyo. He passed away on July 5, 2006. His career spanned several decades, during which he contributed to numerous film and television projects in both live-action and voice acting roles.
Matsumura's voice acting work included a variety of anime and dubbed foreign productions. In anime, he is recognized for his role as Kijuro Takazawa and additional voices for the character Ache B in the 1991 animated film "Rōjin Z".
