Ricardo Jeffrey Blei is a Dutch actor, voice actor, and dialogue director born in Amsterdam on July 26, 1989. He began his career in 2006 and gained initial recognition for his on-screen work, most notably for his long-running role as Abel Brandt in the Dutch youth soap series SpangaS, which he played from 2009 to 2016.

While Blei has appeared in various television series and films, he has built an extensive career in voice acting, lending his voice to numerous characters in Dutch-dubbed versions of international productions. His voice work spans a wide range of animated series and films. He provided the voice for the character Rascal in the series Glitter Force. His other notable voice roles include Gnomeo in the film Sherlock Gnomes, the title character Trouble in the film of the same name, Spyro in the video game Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Rian the Gelfling in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, and Howl in a dubbing of Howl's Moving Castle. He has also voiced characters in major animated feature films such as Turning Red, Lightyear, The Lion King, and Dumbo.

He has voiced Wedge Antilles in Star Wars Rebels, Bucky Barnes in What If...?, and characters in properties like One Piece, Pokémon, and Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.
