Jasmine Jaspers is a Belgian musical, theater, and voice actress, born on 18 September 1988. She pursued her artistic education at the Lemmensinstituut in Leuven, studying word art and drama, followed by a preparatory year in musical at the Kunsthumaniora in Antwerp. She continued her training at the Fontys Hogeschool in Tilburg, where she studied music theater.

Her voice acting career includes work on a variety of films and series, primarily for Dutch-language dubs. One of her notable roles in animation is providing the voice of Chloe, also known as Glitter Blue, in the series Glitter Force. Her filmography also features voice work for several major productions. She dubbed the role of Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins Returns, Iduna in Frozen II, and Sarabi in Mufasa: The Lion King. Other voice credits include the Blue Fairy in Pinocchio, Preeta in Tom & Jerry, and characters in the Alpha and Omega film series. In addition to film, she has lent her voice to television series such as Lou! and Coop Troep.

Beyond voice acting, Jaspers has an extensive career in musical theater and stage productions, appearing in numerous shows since 2011, including Mamma Mia, The Rocky Horror Show, and various productions with the Sven de Ridder Company. She has also been the voice for many radio and television commercials for brands like Garnier, L'Oréal, Coca Cola, and Disneyland.
