Lilian Viana is a Brazilian voice actor known for her work on anime series dubbed into Portuguese. She was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. In addition to voice acting, she possesses singing skills.

Viana is most widely recognized for providing the Brazilian Portuguese voice of the main character, Emily, also known as Glitter Rosa, in the Netflix series Glitter Force. Glitter Force is an adaptation of the Japanese anime Smile Pretty Cure!, and Viana's character is the leader of the titular heroic team.

Beyond this prominent role, her other credits in anime include voicing Sadaharu in Gintama, a role in Blue Dragon, a part in the film Fireworks, Should We See it from the Side or the Bottom?, and voicing Shazi in Soul Hunter. Her voice work also extends beyond anime; she is known for dubbing the character Leopold Butters Stotch in the Portuguese version of the long-running animated series South Park.
