Rita Cruz is a Portuguese actress, voice actress, and singer with a career in dubbing that began in 2006. She holds a degree in acting from the ESTC and a degree in Rehabilitation and Social Inclusion from the ISPA, and is a co-founder of the theater company Teatro do Eléctrico.

In the realm of anime and animation, Cruz is known for her work in the Portuguese dubbing of several series. She provides the voice for Laura, known as Kelsey in the Portuguese version, in the series Glitter Force. Her other notable anime roles include Utako Okawa in CLAMP School Detectives, Marucho Marukura in Bakugan: Battle Brawlers and its sequels, Akiza Izinski and Luna in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D, Yubel in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Suì-Fēng and Kukaku Shiba in Bleach, and Lady Eboshi in the Portuguese dub of Princess Mononoke.

Beyond anime, Cruz has extensive credits in dubbing for Western animation and live-action series. These roles include Koki in The Kratts Brothers, Rezzoch in The Last Kids on Earth, and Dalilah in Kingdom Force. She also regularly dubs characters in productions for major studios, with voice roles in films such as Soul as Jerry D, The Sea Beast as Sarah, and Wish as additional voices.

In addition to her voice work, Cruz is the vocalist for the band Rita & O Revolver and has appeared in Portuguese television series and films.
