Tatsuomi Hamada is a Japanese actor who was born in Chiba Prefecture on August 27, 2000. He began his career in entertainment as a child actor, making his debut in 2006. Hamada gained early recognition for his live-action performances, including a notable role as a young Sakamoto Ryoma in the 2010 NHK大河剧 (NHK taiga drama) Ryomaden. His work in film and television includes starring as the protagonist Riku Asakura in the 2017 tokusatsu series Ultraman Geed, a role he has reprised in subsequent films and series. He has also appeared in live-action adaptations of manga, such as Mob Psycho 100 and Hana Nochi Hare.

While primarily known for his on-screen work, Hamada has also contributed to voice acting in animation. His most prominent role in this field is providing the Japanese voice for the protagonist, Tianjing, in the 2011 animated film The Tibetan Dog. This film, also known as Tibet Inu Monogatari, is a Chinese-Japanese co-production animated by Madhouse. In the story, Tianjing is a young boy who moves to the Tibetan grasslands following his mother's death and forms a bond with a golden mastiff. Hamada's other voice acting credits are closely tied to his live-action roles. He has provided the voice for his own character, Riku Asakura / Ultraman Geed, in related animated projects such as the 2020 series Ultraman Chronicle: Zero & Geed and the film Ultraman Geed The Movie: Connect the Wishes!.
