Hatsumi Takada is a Japanese voice actress born on November 19, 1985, in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency ToritoriOffice. Her blood type is O. In addition to her work under her real name, she has also used several pseudonyms, including Miyabi Arisugawa, Izumi Hira, and Amane Takeda, primarily for work in adult games and animations.

Takada's career as a voice actress began in 2006, with early roles in anime such as Fushigiboshi no Futagohime Gyu!. Throughout the late 2000s and 2010s, she built a portfolio of roles in both anime television series and video games.
