Her path to becoming a voice actor began after middle school when she entered the workforce, but she later decided to pursue her dream of voice acting, inspired by her love for anime and the Tales of series. She enrolled in the Japan Narration Acting Institute while simultaneously attending a correspondence high school and working part-time. In April 2015, during her first year at the training school, she passed an audition and joined the agency Arts Vision. Her first professional role was in a mobile app game shortly after. A significant early role came in 2020 when she was cast as Yoshino Kawaguchi, the team manager, in the baseball anime Tamayomi: The Baseball Girls. She has spoken about the strong emotions she felt upon being accepted for the role after her audition. Also in 2020, she began voicing Mismis Klass, the commander of the 907th Battalion, in the series Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World, a role she reprised for its second season in 2024. Other notable anime roles include Ivet in The Promised Neverland (second season) and Botan in Konohana Kitan.

Beyond anime, Shiraki has voiced characters in numerous video games, including titles such as Fire Emblem Heroes, Alice Gear Aegis, Touhou LostWord, and Azur Lane. She has shared credits with Sora Amamiya, Shunichi Toki, Ayana Taketatsu, and Toshiki Iwasawa across multiple projects, particularly within the Our Last Crusade franchise.

Shiraki is known for her versatility and commitment to her roles. Her personal interests include baseball and softball; she played as a right fielder in a softball club during her school years and is a fan of professional baseball, particularly the Yomiuri Giants. She also enjoys video games and the local cuisine of her home prefecture. A milestone in her career was hosting her first solo event at the Anime Theatre in Tokyo in 2024.
