Ai Yamamoto is a Japanese voice actress and professional mahjong player from Kyoto Prefecture, born on September 13. She is affiliated with the talent agency Amuleto. Her career began in the early 2010s after graduating from the Pro-Fit Voice Actors' Training School. She was previously associated with LINK PLAN until 2018, after which she worked as a freelancer before joining Amuleto in 2019.

Yamamoto has built a career through a wide variety of supporting and recurring roles in anime and video games. In television animation, she is known for her performances as Minami Senju in Pastel Memories, Kokoro Misaki in Amanchu! Advance, and Kasumi in the Encouragement of Climb series, including its third season and subsequent installments.
