Eri Ejima is a Japanese manga creator known for the series Young Ladies Don't Play Fighting Games. Her original name in Japanese is written as 江島絵理. Ejima is recognized for her work in the yuri genre, a category of manga focused on romantic relationships between female characters.

Ejima is the author and illustrator of Young Ladies Don't Play Fighting Games (Japanese title: 対ありでした。 ～お嬢さまは格闘ゲームなんてしない～). The series has been serialized in Media Factory's seinen manga magazine Monthly Comic Flapper since January 4, 2020. As of October 2024, eight tankōbon volumes have been released.
