Haruka Mitsui is a Japanese manga artist and writer. In Japanese, the creator's name is written as 満井 春香. Mitsui is the author and illustrator of the manga series Anyway, I'm Falling in Love with You, which began serialization in Japan in 2020 and was first published in compiled volumes by Kodansha in 2021. The English language edition of the series is published by Kodansha USA Publishing. This series, set during the COVID-19 pandemic, follows a high school girl navigating romance and friendship with her childhood friends.

Prior to Anyway, I'm Falling in Love with You, Mitsui created the manga series I Fell in Love After School, which was published in eight volumes between 2021 and 2022. A description of the creator's work on several library catalogs refers to Mitsui as the author of that series. An anime television adaptation of Anyway, I'm Falling in Love with You began broadcasting in Japan in January 2025.
