Matsuri Sugihara is a Japanese voice actress. She was born on October 28, 1986, in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. Her real name is Matsuri Mizuguchi, and she uses Matsuri Sugihara as an alias, along with other names like Mari Sugihara, for work in adult games and anime. She began her career in 2007.

Her voice roles are primarily in original video animations, often in adult-oriented genres. One of her notable roles is Rinne Byakuya in the 2011 OVA series Euphoria, which was adapted from the visual novel of the same name. Another significant role is Rina in the OVA Maneaters Gang: Last Order. Beyond these adult-oriented works, her credits also include the role of Rex Owen in the 2007 children's anime series Dinosaur King.
