Takayuki Masuda is a Japanese voice actor born in Tokyo, Japan, on January 16, 1984. He began his career in the voice acting industry in 2006 after completing his training at the Mausu Promotion Actor Training School and subsequently joined the agency Mausu Promotion.

Masuda is most recognized for his role as Ingram, the Ventus attribute Bakugan and partner to Shun Kazami, in the anime series Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia. Another prominent role includes voicing Harz Rector (also known as Harz Lecter or Harz Lechter) in Space Battleship Yamato 2199 and its compilation film. In the long-running Pokémon franchise, he provided the voice for Ikuo, known in English as Walker, the father of the protagonist Goh in Pokémon Journeys: The Series.

Beyond these key roles, Masuda has built a versatile career with numerous supporting parts across a wide range of popular anime. His credits include characters such as Shin Nemoto in My Hero Academia, Munetaka Murasako and Towada in Shiki, and roles in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Gintama, Black Butler, PandoraHearts, and Attack on Titan: Lost Girls. He has also appeared in theatrical animations like Naruto Shippuden the Movie and The Garden of Sinners.

Masuda's voice work also extends to video games and dubbing. His game roles include characters in the Yakuza series, specifically Yakuza 7, as well as Samurai Warriors 4, and the Japanese version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, where he voiced Witold von Everec. In the realm of dubbing, he has provided Japanese voices for Western films and television series such as Night at the Museum 2, the series CHUCK, and the animated film Horton Hears a Who!. His portfolio also includes work in radio dramas, stage plays, and tokusatsu productions like Kamen Rider Kiva.
