Kouhei Matsumoto is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with Aoni Production. He was born on April 22 in Shiga Prefecture, Japan, and is a graduate of the 20th class of the Aoni Juku Osaka School. His blood type is A.

Matsumoto began his voice acting career in the 2000s. His work spans anime, video games, and narration for television programs. In anime, his roles include Hiyosu in the Bleach series and its later installment, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War.
