Kenji Kuga is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor associated with the agency Kenproduction. He was born on December 27, 1967, in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. He began his career in the entertainment industry after graduating from the Tokyo Announce Gakuin vocational school.

Kuga made his voice acting debut in 1987 with the original video animation series Dragon Century. In 2000, he joined his current agency, Kenproduction, where he continues to work. His voice acting portfolio includes a range of roles in anime, video games, and dubbed foreign productions. One of his early anime roles is Tadao Kitamura in the 1989 original video animation Midoriyama Kōkō Kōshien-hen. He is also credited for a role in the anime film Mai Mai Miracle. Other anime credits include appearances in Crest of the Stars and Tetsujin 28-go FX. In the video game domain, he provided voices for characters in Suikoden IV.

In addition to his voice work, Kuga is actively involved in theater. He founded and leads his own theater company, Gekidan Kiseki, which has been operating for over twenty years and stages several productions annually. His skills extend to writing, directing, and choreographing for these entertainment productions. He also applies his experience to teaching drama to young actors.
