Jim Meskimen is an American actor, voice artist, and comedian with a career spanning several decades, during which he has contributed his voice to a wide array of animated projects, video games, and films. Born in Los Angeles, California, on September 10, 1959, he is the son of actress Marion Ross. His work in animation is extensive, encompassing roles in major franchises and collaborations with prominent studios.

Within the realm of anime-influenced and DC animated productions, Meskimen is recognized for his role as Lieutenant James Gordon in the 2008 animated film Batman: Gotham Knight.
