Takumi Kamada, known in Japanese as 鎌田 匠, is a male voice actor affiliated with the agency IAM Agency. He was born on March 7th in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He stands 170cm tall and has A-type blood. Kamada holds qualifications in information technology and computational technology, and his personal interests include long-distance motorcycle touring and walking. He is also skilled in breakdancing and speaks the Kansai dialect.

Kamada made his debut as a voice actor in 2015. His first credited role was Matsukawa Koji in the television anime series Castle Town Dandelion. That same year, he also provided voices for the series KOMORI-SAN WA KOTOWARENAI! and portrayed Saul in Young Black Jack.

In 2016, Kamada took on a variety of supporting roles across multiple anime series. He was cast as a soccer club member in Orange, as various male students in This Art Club Has a Problem!, and as a male teacher in Sansha Sanyou. He also voiced Kaeru Yu in Nazotokine and the character Shijou Takumi in And you thought there is never a girl online?. His work for the year also included a role as a Japanese tourist in Rainy Cocoa in Hawaii, marking his first involvement in the Rainy Cocoa franchise.

The following year, in 2017, Kamada was cast as Frederick Andō in Rainy Cocoa Series Ame-con!!, the fourth season of the Rainy Cocoa anime. This role was part of the main cast for that season, which premiered in October 2017. He continued in this role for the franchise's fifth season as well. His other television anime credit from 2017 includes a role as a young man in Time Bokan 24.

In addition to his work in anime, Kamada has also contributed his voice to video games. His game credits include roles in the series The Ambition of Oda Nobuna and World of Darkness 2.0.
