Chieko Nanba is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. She was born on August 21, 1967, in Osaka Prefecture. Nanba is a graduate of the Aoni Juku training school's Osaka branch, having completed the sixth term. Her career as a voice actor began in 1990.

Her most prominent and representative roles are primarily in video games. She is well known for her performances as Hana no Mary and Lydia of Ancient Civilization in the Galaxy Fraulein Yuna game series, as well as Misako Ishibashi in the Graduation series of games. In addition to her game work, Nanba has voiced characters in various anime series and original video animations. Notably, in the 1993 film Make Up! Sailor Guardians, she played the character Yui. Her other anime roles include Mika Kayama, Yumiko, and Avogadora in the Sailor Moon television series, Meruru in Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibōken, and Kelly McCanon in the OVA Armitage III.

Throughout her career, Nanba has maintained a long-standing association with Aoni Production. While her earlier work focused on character roles in animation and games, her notable achievements also include extensive work as a narrator later in her career. Her narration credits include programs such as the NHK series Kinyō Fōramu, the TBS series Kinyō Entateimento, and the BS Japan series Bi no Kyojin-tachi. She possesses skills in sign language and playing the piano and is a speaker of the Kansai dialect.
