Hiroshi Isobe is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. He was born on October 25, 1961, in Tokyo, Japan. His career began in the 1980s with stage performances as part of the Tokyo Kid Brothers theater troupe. He later formed and led his own theatrical company, IOH, until its dissolution in 2006.

Isobe's voice acting career includes roles in animation, video games, and foreign film dubbing. In anime, he is known for providing the voice of Orochimaru in the 1998 original video animation Spectral Force. His other television animation credits include roles in series such as The Genius Bakabon, Hell Girl: Three Vessels, and multiple guest appearances in the long-running detective series Case Closed, also known as Detective Conan. He also voiced characters in the feature films of the Case Closed franchise, including The Lost Ship in the Sky and Sunflowers of Inferno.

Isobe has an extensive body of work in video games. He is particularly recognized for voicing the character Saika Magoichi in Koei Tecmo's Samurai Warriors series, including the 2021 reboot Samurai Warriors 5. His other notable game credits include Mueller Vander in The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, Rassis in Tales of Eternia, and various roles in the Warriors Orochi series.

Beyond character roles, a significant part of his career is dedicated to narration and voiceover work. He provided narration for the tokusatsu TV series Ultraman Cosmos and Ultraman Gaia, and has been the voice for numerous television programs, documentaries, and commercials. He has also been active in dubbing foreign films, providing the Japanese voice for actors such as Brad Pitt in the film True Romance.
