Hiroshi Isobe is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. He was born on October 25, 1961, in Tokyo, Japan. His career began in the 1980s with stage performances as part of the Tokyo Kid Brothers theater troupe. He later formed and led his own theatrical company, IOH, until its dissolution in 2006.
Isobe's voice acting career includes roles in animation, video games, and foreign film dubbing. In anime, he is known for providing the voice of Orochimaru in the 1998 original video animation Spectral Force.
