Tomoe Hiiro is a Japanese actress and voice actress affiliated with the theater company Gekidan Mingei. Her real name is Tomoe Nakazono, and she was born in Tokyo on June 4, 1961.

In the realm of anime and voice work, Hiiro is recognized for providing the voice of Yase in the 1981 anime series Donbē Monogatari. Her other anime voice roles include the mother in Papa Mama Bye Bye in 1984 and narration for Tobiuo no Boya wa Byōki Desu in 1982. She also provided the Japanese voice for the character Caroline Ingalls, the mother, in the television drama Little House on the Prairie.

Beyond voice acting, Hiiro has had an extensive career as a stage actress with Gekidan Mingei, appearing in numerous productions including Ringo-en Nikki, The Grapes of Wrath, and Wakiizuru Mizu wa. She also toured nationally with actor Jūkichi Uno in a production of Onnyoro Seisuiki. Her television appearances include the lead role in the 1967 NHK morning drama Tabiji and guest roles in various other series. She has also performed nationally in "Tales and Music" events with Portuguese guitar player Marionet and has published a book titled Uno Jūkichi Ichiza Saigo no Tabi Nikki.
