Mitsuyo Kondo was a Japanese voice actress from Osaka Prefecture, born on September 10, 1977. She was formerly affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Her professional skills included singing, writing, and website creation.

Kondo was active in anime and video game voice roles primarily during the early 2000s. In television anime, she is known for providing the voice of ChoCho in the series Jagainu-kun. She also had roles in several other prominent series of that era, including a part as Touko in a Pocket Monsters side story, a waitress in Rockman EXE, and various characters in.hack//SIGN, such as a female warrior and a Grunty. Additional anime credits include roles in Zatch Bell, Naruto, and Maria Watches Over Us.

Her voice work also extended to original video animation and drama CDs, particularly for the.hack franchise, where she reprised her role as Misaki.
