Manuel Cabral was a Colombian actor based in Los Angeles, recognized for his work in voice dubbing for animated series and films during the 1980s and 1990s. He was born on January 11, 1956, and began his acting career in the 1970s, working in theater with Antonio Corrales, founder of Teatro La Baranda. He was the son of actress Flor Vargas.
