Shō Saitō was a Japanese voice actress born on November 25, 1929, in Tokyo, Japan. Her birth name was Shōko Shibusawa. She was affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Production during her career. Saitō passed away on July 15, 2010.

Saitō's voice acting career spanned several decades, with notable activity from the late 1970s through the early 2000s. Her filmography includes a wide range of supporting roles in anime television series and films. One of her earliest known roles was in the 1978 anime series "Takarajima". Throughout the 1980s, she appeared in numerous productions, including the television series "Seishun Anime Zenshu" in 1986, where she voiced the character Mrs. Nakakita. Another significant film role from that year was in the animated feature "Windaria" also known as "Once Upon a Time," in which she provided the voice for the character Ginevia. Her later work continued into the 1990s and early 2000s with roles in series such as "Chūka Ichiban!" and "Atashin'chi".
