Shocker OH!NO! is the stage name of Hiroshi Ōno, a Japanese voice actor born on March 10, 1961, in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. He is also credited under the names Hiroshi Oono and Shocker Oono.

His career includes a wide range of voice roles in anime, original video animations (OAVs), and live-action productions. One of his notable roles is Gorō Kotobuki in the OAV series Otaku no Seiza. He has frequently taken on narrator and announcer roles across various projects. Examples include serving as the narrator for DD Fist of the North Star in 2013 and its sequel, DD Fist of the North Star II, in 2015, as well as for Gag Manga Biyori 3 and Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku.

His film credits include a small role as an announcer and a spectator in the acclaimed movie Perfect Blue. In the 1990s, he was active in the OAV market, with parts in series such as Golden Boy, Idol Project, and Voogie's Angel. His television anime work includes a role as Sanzō Kataoka in the popular series Kodocha. Beyond anime, Shocker OH!NO! has also appeared in live-action projects related to the Kamen Rider franchise, including the special Jūgō Tanjō! Kamen Rider Zen'in Shūgō!! and the television series Kamen Rider Super-1.
