Miho Kuwagata is a Japanese voice actress known for her work in anime and drama CDs, particularly active since the early 1990s. She was born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, and her career began in 1992. The name Miho Kuwagata is one of several stage names used by the artist, with her primary alias being Habuki Risato. Her other pseudonyms include Yuu Ayase, Ayumu Kawase, Miho Sakurai, and Hiromi Tamaki. She was previously affiliated with the talent management firms RME and Kekke Corporation.

One of the notable roles credited to Miho Kuwagata is Yoshimi Kurahashi in the 2003 anime mini-series Body Transfer. In this series, Yoshimi is a high school student and a member of the archaeology club whose consciousness is transferred into the body of another student after a supernatural incident involving a mysterious artifact. This role is also listed under her Yuu Ayase pseudonym.
