Ai Sasaki is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with Aoni Production, known for her work in anime and video games since her debut in 2008. She was born on August 14, 1985, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. A graduate of the 23rd class of the Aoni Juku training school in Osaka, her first credited role was as a fan of the band The 50 Kaitenz in the fifth series of GeGeGe no Kitaro.

Sasaki's career includes a variety of roles in long-running and popular anime series. She has voiced multiple characters in One Piece, including Komane and various Mink tribe members. In Dragon Ball Super, she provided the voice for the angel Marcarita and several reporter characters. Her other anime credits include appearances in Blue Exorcist, Sailor Moon Crystal, Tamayura: Hitotose, and the 2024 series Sasaki and Peeps. In 2024, she also took on the role of a mother character in Chibi Maruko-chan.

A significant portion of Sasaki's voice work is in video games. As noted, she voiced the characters Carisa Contzen and Valerie Aynsley in both the game and OVA of Senjō no Valkyria 3: Ta ga Tame no Jūsō. Her other prominent game roles include Cruxie in Ys SEVEN and Ys vs. Sora no Kiseki: Alternative Saga, Lotte in the Beastmaster and Prince series, and providing player voice options in the God Eater franchise. She has also contributed to titles in the Tales of series, such as Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2, and has roles in games like Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and the Storm Lover series. Her versatility extends to dubbing foreign films for Japanese audiences, narrating television programs, and appearing on radio shows. In 2016, she married fellow voice actor Ichitaro Kai.
