Ichitaro Ai is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born on November 12, 1987, in Sumida, Tokyo. He is also proficient in the traditional Japanese art of rakugo.

A significant portion of his career is dedicated to voicing characters in video games. He is well-known for his role as Giulio Rosso in the tactical role-playing game Valkyria Chronicles 3 and its original video animation adaptation. Ai has a long-standing association with Koei Tecmo's Warriors series, where he has consistently voiced the character Zhong Hui. His work as Zhong Hui spans multiple installments, including Dynasty Warriors 7, 8, and 9, as well as Warriors Orochi 3 and 4. His other notable video game credits include providing the voice for Lubert in Phantasy Star Online 2 and voicing one of the protagonist options (Male Voice 9) in God Eater 3.

Beyond video games, Ai has contributed voices to a wide array of anime series. His anime roles include Beans and Riehlvelt in Hunter x Hunter (2011), as well as various supporting characters in shows such as Digimon Fusion, Dragon Ball Z Kai, One Piece, and Hyouka. He also provided the Japanese dub voice for Timothy McGee in the live-action series NCIS.
